The ‘Furious’ Dax, a customization with a “post-apocalyptic” touch, has emerged as the winner of the 4th annual Honda Customs contest with an impressive 34% of the votes.
The ‘Manjushage’, an elegant Honda Monkey customized by the talented German team of artists Lanaarts23 and motorcycle preparation expert Maximilian Zech, came in second place with a respectable 29% of the total. This café racer stood out for its two-piece handlebar, a Yoshimura silencer, and custom rear shock absorbers with a separate reservoir.
Completing the podium, the ‘Tokio’ from France, a colorful Honda Monkey created by the artist Grems and the preparer George Woodman, took third place with 12% of the votes. This masterpiece featured pop-art visual effects with vibrant colors in abstract patterns, creating a unique explosion of color.
This year, the Honda Customs website showcased seven customized minibikes from seven European countries. Each of these motorcycles was the result of a creative collaboration between a young artist and an experienced motorcycle builder. The HondaCustoms.com platform received an impressive 41% increase in visits during the summer compared to the previous year, with more than 21,000 people casting their votes and 5,461 downloading wallpapers of the customized motorcycles.
